SAN ANTONIO, TX — A head on collision hospitalized two individuals in San Antonio last Friday.
According to mySanAntonio, the accident occurred before two in the morning on Rittiman Road. A woman drove dangerously on F.M. 78 before police attempted to pull her over. This led to a short chase. The woman then turned very swiftly onto Rittiman Road, into the wrong lane. The woman proceeded to collide head on with an SUV. Police claim that the woman was intoxicated at the time of the accident.
Medical services sent both drivers to different hospitals where they could be treated for their injuries. The accident left the driver at fault in critical condition. She is now facing charges of intoxication assault.
