SAN ANTONIO, TX- The driver in an accident that left one person dead has been arrested, police reported this morning. He has been charged with intoxication manslaughter.

60-year-old Hector Osorio was intoxicated at the time of the crash, which occurred at around 10 p.m. Wednesday. Osorio was driving his Mercedes-Benz the wrong way onto the US highway 181 exit ramp when he collided with a pickup truck. The 21-year-old driver of the truck was pronounced dead at the scene.
