SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to KSAT12, a driver fled on foot after running a red light and hitting two cars this morning.
The accident took place on Rigsby Avenue (Highway 87) near FM 1516 in China Grove.
Two pickup trucks were stopped at a light when a third pickup truck hit one of the stopped trucks from behind and sideswiped the other. The driver of one of the stopped trucks was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The driver who caused the crash fled on foot before police arrived at the crash.
This case is still under investigation as police search for the driver.
