SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to Fox San Antonio, the man who caused a fatal July 30th crash on Babcock Road intentionally crashed in an attempt to kill himself.
The crash took place when 26-year-old Colby Marcus Burke crashed into oncoming traffic on Babcock Rd. He hit a car carrying three women, one was killed in the crash and the other two were hospitalized.
Burke then attempted to flee from the crash but was taken into custody.
Burke reportedly told police that he caused the accident in an attempt to kill himself. He now faces a murder charge for the accident.
