SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to Fox San Antonio, a man was killed last night when he was hit by a car while lying in the middle of Nacogdoches Road.
The accident took place at around midnight, near the intersection of Nacogdoches Rd and Salado Cliff. According to the police, the recumbent man was wearing black and the roadway was dark. Police say that the driver who hit the man may not have been aware of the collision.
The pedestrian suffered severe head trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
Police are trying to locate the driver involved in the crash, though they don’t believe he will face charges for the accident.
