SAN ANTONIO, TX – Police in San Antonio have identified the motorcyclist who fled the scene of a previously reported collision that resulted in the death of one man Monday.
According to Fox San Antonio, 27-year-old Orlando Martinez fled the scene of a motorcycle accident that killed 41-year-old Mario Garcia on Loop 410 near Palo Alto Road.
Officials were speaking with another surviving victim at the scene of the collision when Martinez sent a photo of himself in an area hospital. He was located and arrested for failing to render aid.
