CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Officers with the Copus Christi Police Department responded to a two-vehicle crash along Cimarron Boulevard Saturday evening.
The incident happened at about 6:46 p.m. within the intersection of Cimarron Boulevard and Yorktown Boulevard just west of Bill Witt City Park.
Police say the 18-year-old female driver of a 2016 Volkswagen was attempting to turn left onto Yorktown Boulevard when she failed to yield to the right of way of another driver and was struck on the passenger’s side rear.
Neither drivers nor their passengers were injured as a direct result of the crash.
