BROWNSVILLE, TX – Officers with the Brownsville Police Department responded to a multi-vehicle collision near Loma Alta Lake on Monday, January 18th.
The accident took place shortly before 7 a.m. along Dr. Hugh Emerson Road near the intersection with Ponce Trail.
Investigators believe the driver of a 2014 Ford, a 29-year-old woman, failed to yield the right of way to a 2011 Ford, causing the two vehicles to collide head-on.
No injuries have been reported as a result of Monday’s Brownsville car accident.
