CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Emergency crews in Corpus Christi responded to a collision involving several vehicles on the Oso Bay Bridge Sunday.
According to KIII, the accident took place sometime before 9 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of SH-358 near the Oso Bay Turnaround.
Investigators believe the crash, which involved 7 to 8 vehicles was caused by treacherous road conditions brought on by freezing temperatures and precipitation in the area.
It is unclear if any injuries were sustained as a direct result of the crash.
This is one of several weather-related car accidents in Corpus Christi on Sunday.
