MCALLEN, TX – Two people sustained injuries as the result of a two-vehicle crash in West McAllen last weekend.
The accident happened on February 20th at about 2:56 p.m. within the 2600 block of South 29th Street near the I-2 frontage road.
Investigators believe the driver of a 2020 Chevrolet, a 55-year-old woman, was traveling at a high rate of speed when she collided with the rear of a 2019 Honda carrying three people.
Two occupants in the Honda, ages 63 and 64, sustained unknown injuries in Saturday’s McAllen collision. No other injuries were reported as a result.
