MCALLEN, TX – Police were called to the scene of a hit-and-run crash in the Las Villas neighborhood on Wednesday, March 3rd.
The accident took place at about 2:51 p.m. within the 100 block of West Nolana Drive near the intersection with North Colonel Rowe Boulevard.
Responding officers believe the driver of an unspecified vehicle was speeding when they collided with the front driver’s side of a 2019 Lexus.
The driver responsible for the crash drove away from the scene before authorities arrived. The driver in the Lexus, a 60-year-old man, sustained unknown injuries in the crash.
