SAN ANTONIO, TX – Officers with SAPD were called to the scene of a fatal pedestrian accident in north San Antonio Tuesday afternoon.
According to KSAT, the pedestrian was struck sometime before 5:30 p.m. along Highway 281 near Borgefeld Drive.
