BROWNSVILLE, TX – Three vehicles were involved in a chain-reaction crash near Tony Gonzalez Park late last week.
The three-vehicle crash, which took place on March 17th, occurred within the 2800 block of East Avenue near the intersection with Impala Drive.
Responding officers believe the driver of a 2018 Hyundai, a 49-year-old woman, was speeding when she collided with the rear of a 2005 Pontiac. The force of the impact sent the Pontiac into the rear driver’s side of a 2012 Ford.
Fortunately, no one involved in the crash, including two young children in the Ford, were injured as a result.
