SAN ANTONIO, TX – An early afternoon collision was reported on San Antonio’s far east side Friday.
According to Total Traffic San Antonio, the accident took place shortly after noon within the eastbound lanes of I-10, near the exit to Graytown Road.

The number of vehicles involved in the collision is unclear at this time. However, traffic built up back to loop 1604 for about an hour afterward.
