SAN ANTONIO, TX – A big rig crashed into a drainage area after skidding off of I-10 in east San Antonio early Monday morning.
According to KSAT, the accident took place at about 4:45 a.m. at the exit ramp from I-10 to Loop 1604.
Police say the driver lost control of the rig, which was hauling beer, and drifted off the road and into a trench.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the crash. However, the exit ramp was shut down for some time while emergency crews worked to clear the wreckage.
