BROWNSVILLE, TX – A passenger suffered injuries resulting from a head-on collision in Brownsville last week.
The accident occurred on June 3rd at about 6:25 p.m. within the 900 block of Boca Chica Boulevard, just east of Central Boulevard.
Investigators believe the 20-year-old male driver of a 2021 Volvo failed to yield the right of way to a 2007 Hyundai, causing the two vehicles to collide head-on.
Both drivers involved in the crash were unhurt. However, the 30-year-old male passenger of the Hyundai sustained minor injuries.
