PHARR, TX – A man has been charged for his role in a deadly accident in Pharr that claimed the life of one teenager Monday morning, KRGV reports.
The driver was speeding down North Veterans Boulevard when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into an apartment building.
A 16-year-old in the apartment was fatally injured. A 12-year-old was also taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver has been charged with intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault.
