CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – A driver trying to beat a red light on Sunday caused a three-vehicle accident on Gollihar Road, KIII TV reports.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Gollihar Road and the Crosstown Access road. A family was in the intersection when they were struck by a driver attempting to cross as the light was turning red. After the initial impact a third vehicle was also hit.
In the aftermath of the collision there was a verbal confrontation that required officers to intervene.
No injuries have been reported.
