SAN ANTONIO, TX – A car crash on eastbound I-410 at Fredericksburg Rd blocked multiple lanes of traffic on Wednesday, according to TTN San Antonio.

The wreck happened around 9:35 a.m. and blocked the right lane and entrance ramp. The blocked lanes created stop-and-go traffic back to Evers, over two miles west of the crash site.
