SAN ANTONIO, TX – An overturned vehicle created a traffic jam on Tx 1604 LP Frontage Rd between Shaenfield Rd and Culebra Rd Thursday, Sigalert reports.
Emergency crews responded to the wreck just before 7:30. By then, traffic was stop-and-go to New Guilbeau Rd, almost two miles northeast of the accident.
The incident was cleared from the roadway by 8:40 a.m.
