SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to Sigalert, a crash blocked the right lane of WB I-10 and Wurzbach Rd Thursday.
Traffic was backed up to Medical Dr, a half a mile south of the crash site, by 1 p.m.
It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the incident.
