LIVE OAK, TX – A motorcyclist died after a driver struck the rear of his bike on I-35 near Toepperwein Rd Thursday, according to KSAT.
The motorcyclist attempted to pass a semi-truck when a vehicle merged into their lane and struck the victim from behind. It is unclear if the motorcyclist died at the scene or at a hospital.
Police do not believe speed played a role in the collision.
