NEW BRAUNFELS, TX – The driver of a dump truck fatally struck a pickup truck at FM 725 and West Zipp Road Monday, according to News 4.
The dump truck driver ran a red light and collided with a pickup truck driven by Antonio Olvera, 84. The impact caused the pickup truck to roll over on its side.
First responders pronounced Olvera dead at the scene. The dump truck driver was uninjured in the collision.
Police are investigating the incident and may charge the dump truck driver.
