SAN ANTONIO, TX – The Bexar County Medical Examiner has identified one of the two men who were killed in a crash on I-35 Wednesday, according to KSAT.
The crash happened at around 7:45 a.m. when a police officer tried to pull over an SUV that was driving erratically. The SUV driver fled from the police and collided with a metal barrier, which caused the SUV to flip over.
Juan Flores, 42, and another man were ejected from the SUV during the crash. First responders pronounced both men dead at the scene of the accident and transported four other occupants of the SUV to an area hospital.
Officers detained one man who was not taken to the hospital.
