SAN ANTONIO, TX – Police are investigating a fatal crash that happened at US 281 and Evans Rd Monday, according to News 4 San Antonio.
At around 12:30 p.m., a male driver in his late 40s struck a barrier. It is unclear if the driver was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident or an area hospital.
Officials have not released the identity of the driver who died.
