SAN ANTONIO, TX – First responders were called to the scene of a car crash at I-410 WB and I-10 Friday, according to TTN San Antonio.

Traffic was backed up to Vance Jackson Rd, a mile northeast of the crash site, by 11 a.m.
It is unknown if anyone was hurt in the wreck.
