SAN ANTONIO, TX – A driver died after colliding with a utility pole on the 700 block of Rice Rd on October 19, according to KENS 5.
Julio Cesar Rodriguez, 31, was speeding when he lost control of his vehicle, which caused it to roll over and strike a utility pole around 2:38 p.m.
Rescue crews extricated Rodriguez from the vehicle and performed life-saving measures on him before pronouncing him dead at the scene of the accident.
