There are rules and regulations that govern how many hours certain people that drive trucks can drive, and it's their company's responsibility to make sure they don't drive more than those hours; but of course what we see a lot of times is people don't enter everything in their logbook and companies are making people work more hours than they're supposed to. So we have a lot of
fatigue driving on the roads of South Texas and that they shouldn't be driving at all.
