SAN ANTONIO, TX – A driver died in a head-on collision at Tx 1604 Lp and FM 1346 Tuesday, according to KSAT.
David Gerald Wagner, 77, was driving a black sedan when he collided with a red truck.
First responders pronounced Wagner dead at the scene of the accident. They transported the truck driver to an area hospital with serious injuries.
