SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to KSAT, two people were injured in a single-vehicle rollover crash on SE I410 Saturday.
An unidentified female was driving a Chevrolet Blazer south on SE I-410 when she slammed on her brakes to avoid hitting slow traffic around 12:15 p.m. This caused the vehicle to roll over become coming to rest on the driver’s side of the SUV in the median.
During the incident, a three-year-old child was ejected from the vehicle and landed in a grassy area. The toddler was not secured in a safety seat before the wreck.
Rescue crews transported the driver and the child to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The incident is under investigation by the San Antonio Police Department.
