SAN ANTONIO, TX – A car wreck snarled traffic on TX 1604 WB before I-10 Wednesday, according to TTN San Antonio.

Dispatchers received calls concerning the collision around 11:40 a.m. Traffic was backed up to Bitters Rd, about four miles east of the crash site by that time.
