SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to the Sigalert San Antonio Traffic Report, an accident has been reported on the eastbound lane of I-10 near Wurzbach Road.
Traffic has been backed up to Huebner Road. Stop-and-go traffic conditions have been reported, with expected delays of up to five minutes.
