SAN ANTONIO, TX – An alleged impaired driver fatally collided with a female pedestrian at 1600 NE Lp 410 Saturday, according to KSAT.
A Dodge Journey driver hit the victim around 1:34 a.m.
First responders pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene of the accident.
Following the collision, the driver fled the area. Authorities located the driver as they pulled into a parking lot on Broadway. They charged the driver for DWI and failing to stop and render aid resulting in death.
Officials have not released the name of the victim.
