SAN ANTONIO, TX – Officials have released the name of the man who died following a fatal crash on FM 78 near Lakeview Dr Thursday, according to KSAT.
Arturo Sida, 29, was driving the wrong way on FM 78 when he collided head-0n with another vehicle around 2:30 a.m.
First responders pronounced Sida dead at the scene. They transported the other driver to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
SAPD is investigating the cause of the collision.
