SAN ANTONIO, TX – A cement mixer overturned this morning on Highway 151, spilling concrete on the roadway, reports Fox San Antonio. The crash occurred around 7 a.m. near the intersection of Pinn Road and Highway 151.
The accident led all eastbound lanes of the highway to close as crews cleaned up the spill. It took several hours to clear the roadway which reopened around 12:30 p.m.
