SAN ANTONIO, TX – On Wednesday, the San Antonio Police Department arrested 20-year-old Jeffery Olivarri for threatening another driver with a gun after a crash on Interstate 10.
News 4 San Antonio reports that Olivarri and another driver collided on I-10 near Callaghan Road on April 26. The two drivers moved off the road after the accident, but Olivarri refused to provide his information. As the victim began taking pictures of Olivarri and his car, Olivarri displayed a handgun.
The victim ran back towards his own vehicle, but Olivarri followed the victim and pointed the gun at the victimās head. Olivarri then threatened to kill the victim before returning to his car and driving away.
The victim called the police and was able to help identify Olivarri as the man involved in the accident.
On May 20, the police arrested Olivarri for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
