BOERNE, TX – According to KENS 5, a motorist fatally struck a truck driver who had exited his vehicle on I-10 between N Main St and Johns Rd Tuesday.
Jeremy McGee, 48, turned on his headlights and a right-side blinker but did not put on the emergency flashers when he exited his truck. First responders pronounced McGee dead at the scene of the accident.
The driver who struck McGee remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities following the collision.
