1SAN ANTONIO, TX – A driver struck and killed a pedestrian on the exit ramp from I-410 to US 90 Monday, according to KSAT.
The driver of a Ford Focus hit the victim, an unidentified woman, around 6:20 a.m.
Following the collision, the driver stopped and rendered aid to the pedestrian. Rescue crews transported the woman to an area hospital, where she later died.
The incident is under investigation by the police. They do not expect to charge the driver.
