SOUTH PADRE ISLAND, TX – According to KRGV, a driver hit a four-year-old boy a mile north of Beach Access 6 Saturday.
A truck driver was on northbound Ocean Blvd when he hit the boy in the bottom half of his body.
First responders airlifted the child to an area hospital with a small laceration on his liver.
