SAN ANTONIO, TX – A driver hit and killed a four-year-old girl that ran into the street on the 1400 block of W Gerald Ave Friday, according to KENS 5.
The driver struck the child as she ran from a home’s driveway around 6:15 p.m.
Rescue crews transported the child to an area hospital, where she died.
Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene of the accident.
