SAN ANTONIO, TX – A fatal crash was reported on Tx 1604 Lp SB and Potranco Rd Friday, according to KSAT.
A car driven by a male with a female passenger drove off-road and into the median. The driver then plowed through a barrier and fell 60 feet into a ditch at around midnight.
First responders pronounced the female passenger dead at the scene. They transported the male driver to an area hospital in critical condition.
Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
