SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to TTN San Antonio, two lanes of traffic at Loop 1604 EB and Stone Oak Pkwy were blocked by a car accident Friday.

Stop-and-go traffic stretched back to Vance Jackson Rd, nearly 6 miles west of the crash site, by 2 p.m.
