CORPUS CHRISTI, TX — A hit-and-run accident was reported at the intersection of South Alameda Street and Doddridge Street at 6:40 this evening.
Police say that the driver of a white Chrysler failed to yield while turning right at a red light. However, the other vehicle—which has not been identified by police—was also driving on the wrong side of the intersection, resulting in a collision. Following the crash, the driver of the as-yet-unidentified vehicle fled the scene.
Authorities are asking eyewitnesses to come forward with any information about this crash.
