SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to KTSA, a hit-and-run driver fatally collided with a bicyclist at Culebra Rd and Arcadia Creek Wednesday.
The driver struck the bicyclist around 9:45 p.m. Rescue crews pronounced the victim dead at the scene of the accident.
Officials have not released the name of the bicyclist.
