CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – A hit-and-run driver struck and killed a man in a wheelchair on Northwest Blvd near Calallen High School Tuesday.
According to KIII, first responders were called to the scene of the accident at around 6:30 a.m. They discovered the body of David Yates, 42, in a ditch.
