SAN ANTONIO, TX – A hit-and-run driver collided with an 18-year-old on Chase Hill Blvd near TX 1604 Lp Wednesday, according to KSAT.
A white sedan driver was heading south on Chase Hill Blvd when they hit the teen as they were walking east on Chase Hill Blvd around 2 a.m.
Following the collision, the driver fled the scene of the accident.
EMS crews transported the victim to an area hospital in critical condition.
Authorities have not released the name of the teen.
The incident is under investigation by the San Antonio Police Department.
