INGLESIDE, TX – According to KIII, a drunk driver caused a fatal three-vehicle collision on FM 1069 Friday.
Dispatchers sent first responders to the scene of the accident around 9 p.m. Once they arrived, they extricated Longoria Sifuentes, 67, from her vehicle and transported her to an area hospital, where she died.
David Gabriel Gonzales, 26, was also taken by first responders to an area hospital. Officers arrested Gonzales and charged him with intoxication manslaughter once he was released from the hospital.
It is unclear whether or not the third driver was injured in the incident.
