MUSTANG ISLAND, TX – According to KRIS TV, a man fell 500 feet to his death following a paraglider accident when his parachute did not open on Tuesday.
Rescue crews transported Matthew Reeves, 32, to an area hospital, where he died from his injuries.
The incident is under investigation.
