SAN JUAN, TX – An impaired driver fatally collided with a pedestrian on the 700 block of E Carroll Rd on Saturday, according to KRGV.
Michael Martinez was driving on E Carroll Rd when he fatally struck Rosanna Martinez, 32. Officers found Martinez to be impaired and charged him with intoxication manslaughter.
Officers booked Martinez into jail Sunday on a $250,000 bail.
