SAN ANTONIO, TX – Police officers are searching for a driver in a pick-up truck who hit and injured a 4-year-old girl at the Crestwood Estates Mobile Home Park on Tuesday night.
According to Fox San Antonio, the girl was playing in the street on Applewhite Road near Mauermann Road at 11:00 p.m. on May 5. A black pick-up truck sped down the road and struck the girl while she was playing.
Police officers on the scene transported the girl to a local hospital for treatment of her injuries. They report that the girl is currently stable.
The driver of the black truck did not stop after the accident, and the police are searching for the driver. There is no additional identifying information about the driver or the vehicle available at this time.
